马克的经理人——杰森,他也尽可能地忍受马克的态度以及行为。事实上,杰森已经被他的上级经理人提醒过,说马克是公司的一大资产,所以杰森在公司里需要尽量地去忍受马克(的态度和行为)。然而,在杰森的部门内部以及其他外部的部门对马克的抱怨日益加剧,并且甚至有一些团队成员威胁说要离职。由于马克似乎从来都不把杰森当成经理人那样加以尊重,所以杰森也觉得在马克面前,大有损失他的权威之势。

o 如果你选择不做出改变,那么我们将启动正式的违规流程,也就是
说如果你在你的行为方面没有明显的变化,那么最终可能会导致你
被公司解除雇佣关系。(假如你自己的人事政策)
o 我相信你是有能力去改变你的行为。但是只有当你选择了对你来说
是正确的道路。这里需要和你说清楚的地方是我们只有两个选择提
供给你。因为你维持现状的选项并不存在。
o 你可以现在就给出的答复,或者你可以选择在24小时之内做出最
终的决定。
大部分有才华的人,即使他们的态度不是非常友善,但是你这样说,他们会意识到你的严肃性,并且他们会感觉到他们似乎的确越界过大,于是他们将变得比较合作。毕竟,他们都是非常聪明的人。但是,有一部分人可能会有不同的反应,比如说找借口,变得非常生气或者甚至付诸于比较戏剧化的反应如嚎啕大哭。不管是什么负面的反应,你要做的就是不断重复你上述的4个步骤内容。
