1. in case of，in the case of in the case of 意思是so far as someone or something is concerned 就.……而言，和in case of完全不同，如：Poverty depressed most people，but in the case of my father ( or in my father's case) it only urged him to work harder. “贫穷使多数人垂头丧气，但对我父亲来说却促使他更勤奋地工作。”

60. in charge of，in the charge of in charge of 表示 “管理……”的主动意义。in the charge of 则表示 “由……管理” 的被动意义、试比较：

2. in front of，in the front of in front of 意思是“在……前面”，反义词是behind或in back of。in the front of 意思是“在……前部”(in the front part of)，反义词是at the back of。
