医药学论文：应用胆道镜对肝内胆管结石并存胆管炎的观察报告

【摘要】 目的 研究肝内胆管结石并存的胆管炎。方法 对110例肝内胆管结石患者在手术中或术后行纤维和电子胆道镜检查取石中，用胆道镜对结石局部胆管和胆管炎和对服用中药抗炎排石的效果进行观察。结果 （1）胆道镜观察到有结石发生的胆管壁同时存在胆管炎，尽管取净了该段的胆管结石，胆管炎还会存在一段较长的时间，甚至可达数月。（2）肝内胆管结石术后患者体温、血常规正常，无腹痛仅表明患者不存在全身性意义上的胆管炎，但患者可能存在局部性意义上胆管炎。（3）胆道镜观察到服用中药排石汤可使胆汁变清、胆管炎减轻、结石松动和移动。结论 重视局部胆管炎，对术后患者应采用较长时间的抗感染治疗以净化胆道的感染，也可用中药治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To study cholangitis of intrahepatic stone.Methods Applied choledochofiberscopy and video choledochoscope to observe cholangitis of intrahepatic stone and effect of traditional Chinese medicine of anti-inflammatory and remove stone in 110 cases.Results (1)There is cholangitis in intrahepatic bile duct of existing stone，despite the stones are taked，it would still exsits a longer time，it can exsit for few months.(2)despite the patient do not exsit whole body meaning cholangitis，the body temperature and blood check of patient is normal，the stomachache do not appear.But the patient may exsit partial meaning of cholangitis.(3)Traditional Chinese medicine can make the gall become pure，can alleviate cholangitis and remove stones.Conclusion Should regard partial cholangitis，should adopt anti-infection treatment for a longer time，should adopt the Chinese herbal medicine treatment.
