（1）他诉说，在两侧鼠蹊部和睾丸有拉痛，且有夜尿，小便时有灼热感，间或放红色的尿。

He complained of a drawing pain in both groins and testicles，nocturia，burning on urination and the intermittent voiding of red-colored urine.

排便micturate；make（pass）water；void；piss
