　　房价上涨了10%。There is a ten percent (10%) increase in house prices。

　　一个数能被2整除，像2，4，6，8等等，就是偶数。A number that can be divided by two, such as 2, 4, 6, 8, etc, is an even number。

　　2加3等于5。Two plus three equals five。
