 　　There has been a heated discussion about the future of conventional libraries.  Some people, especially the younger generation,  believe that they will fade out soon.  Those people tend to surf the Net for the information they need at work or in their studies, which is more convenient and efficient.
While others, including most old people as well as scholars, value  traditional libraries. They love them partly because they enjoy the sight of a collection of books，which to them are a sea of knowledge waiting for them to explore. And they can  also have access to rare academic works needed for their studies in the libraries.
At the age of knowledge explosion when knowledge is respected and valued, conventional libraries won’t quit the stage of history. Instead,  quite a few electronically-equipped libraries are becoming a reserve of human wisdoms and thus the existence of libraries is justified.
