First, there are few" new books on the shelf, and most books are not popular today. Second, some books are not sorted in proper order, making it difficult for readers to find what they want quickly. Third, the assistants didn't offer good service. Instead, they were chatting. In addition, they took no notice of the fact that a light wasn't working.
