 In the above illustration, a man who keeps talking makes a mess in building a wall while his peers have already built high walls. This proves a truth that theory separated from practice tends to yield no fruit. 

In fact, it is not uncommon to find people indulging in empty talk without making any effort to put what they say into practice. There are two reasons accounting for the phenomenon. For one thing, empty talk makes people complacent. For another, it is always easier said than done

since tongue with its flexibility can go to any extent while actions usually have to be backed up by hard work.

As far as I am concerned, theory is just an idea that needs to be tested and verified by practice. Just as Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, remarked, Making empty talk is harmful to the nation, while doing practical work can help it thrive. What it needs to accomplish anything is the sweat of the brow but not empty talk. Therefore, people from all walks of life shall put an end to empty talk and start from practice.
