Financial Services Officer – BJS

Job Level            :  A Work Location   :  Beijing Town Office  

Job Description:

In charge Cash Pool maintenance for PRC; Handle Cash Management for PRC under Head Office's indication; Handle Bank account maintenance for BJS; In charge Account Payable for BJS; Handle Taxation related issue for BJS; Oversee/support port accounting issue including Budget, Forecast, Bank Recon, and Suspense Account Recon; Handle Ticket Refund for BJS; Cashier for payable and Petty Cash reimbursement for BJS and Cargo JV; Check Journal and then post timely; Control/Ensure port AAO handle daily accounting tasks according to OAICM; Support Financial Service Supervisor to finish monthly/yearly closing timely and correctly; In charge of Staff Claim and sample check for BJS; Handle Company Corporate Card admin and settlement for PRC, and claim verification for BJS; Handle Passenger Sales Revenue Accounting; Prepare Cargo receivable offset for BJS; Process the receipts and usage of Group Deposit for BJS.

General Requirements

University/college graduate in the field of accounting, finance, or business management. One year working experiences in Finance Department . Skilful in Excel and other office software. Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua. Good customer services & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility.
