Official Transcript from National Formosa University.6. Copies of Official Transcript (76.54), TOEFL (580), and GRE (1760) scores.7. Copies of Certificates of Diploma, Scholarship, and Extracurricular Activities.

 

There are other items to be followed:

 

1. Recommendation Letter from my guidance teacher.2. Writing Sample of a Paper.3. Official scores of TOEFL and GRE, be sent directly by ETS.
