1、"What can you tell me about yourself?" ("关于你自己，你能告诉我些什么?")
 
This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions and motivations.不完全等同于自我介绍，选一部分。

2、"What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?"
 
If possible, I will go on with my study for doctorate degree. After graduating received doctorate degree, I wanted to teach in university, and continue research in Archaian(古代的) literature field,I hope I can have some achievement in my major.
 
3. "What is your greatest strength"?" ("你最突出的优点是什么?")这是你"展示自己"的最佳机会，不要吹嘘自己或过于自负，
 
但要让雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的优点。
 
"I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. 4、 "What is your greatest weakness?"("你最大的弱点是什么?")你不应该说你没有任何弱点，以此来回避这个问题;每个人都有弱点。最佳策略是承认你的弱点，但同时表明你在予以改进，并有克服弱点的计划。
 
Maybe because I am young people, I am a short fuse girl in daily life, foryunately I have realized it was disadvantage, and I am trying my best to get rid of it.
 
5. How do you feel about your progress to date?对于你至今所取得的进步你是怎样看的?绝不要对你以前的所作所为表示内疚。
 
"I think I did well in school. But I am clear that I still have a long way to walk to realize my dream and finally achieve self-value. I will try my best.
 
6. What has been your greatest accomplishment?
 
I will try my best to accomplish my plan as soon as I make a good choose, and I am not distracted by circumstance and I never give up my choose, such as this postgraduate exams.
 
什么是你最大的成就?我会尽我所能，尽快完成我的计划，因为我有一个好的选择，我会在不分心的情况下，我从来没有放弃我选择这样的研究生考试。
 
7. What are some of the things you find difficult to do?
 
I don’t discouragement, on the contrary, I will actively think measure to conquer it and put measure into practice, I am sure I will succeed in the end.
 
8. What is the worst thing you have heard about our university?
 
To tell the truth, I don’t completely know our university, I know it only by internet and some students, so I don’t randomly value it, but during my preparing this postgraduate exams, I obtained some helps coming from our university. They were very warmhearted, and I very appreciate them. In a word, I have very good impression about our university.

First I will talk something about myself.
 
I am…and now I am 30. My hometown Yancheng lies in the northeast of Jiangsu Province which is famous for David’s deer and Red crown crane. I graduated from Nanking University in 2006 (two thousand and six) and worked as a civil servant in 2009.( two thousand and six).The comission I work in now is near Gaoyou River, which is famous for its fishery products. It is my honour to invite the professors present to Gaoyou River, eating native food and enjoying beautiful scenery.
 
Sometimes I felt that there is a potential link between the China University of Mining and Technology and me. I used to work in Yancheng Normal University. It is my former colleague and best friend who graduated from this university introduced me this chance to take part in the post-graduate entrance examination and apply for a MPA degree. I valued this as a best approach to improve my knowledge and skills, that’s why I work hard to pass the exam.
 
My wife got her MA degree in 2011.(two thousand and eleven), and now she works as an English teacher.. I felt motivated by her experience that her postgraduate education helps a lot in her work, And I have an idea that I need the more knowledge and skills to better serve the public. No wonder becoming a Master of Public Administration became my first choice. I could make my work more worthwhile through this.
 
The central objective of our government is enabling people live better lives, which can only be achieved by constructing a service-oriented government. I believe the reason why a civil servant is called so is that it is our duty to serve the society. This is a real practice rather than empty words. My idea of becoming a MPA is not impulsive, since I realized that only by combining the necessary theory in public administration with my everyday work can effectiveness and excellent performance in work be achieved. Obviously, what I knew about this subject is skin-deep. However, I believe that through my diligence, I can make my own contributions to the China Dream.
 
MPA备考英语二复习建议
 
关键点1：做真题，不做模拟。我两次用的书都是陈剑的黄皮书。模拟题出题思路和真题不一样，而且考研英语真题丰富，完全没必要买各种模拟题，把真题做完就不错了。不过没必要做太年久的题目，07年08年的题目出题思路和最近年的题目也有差异，所以建议倒序从最近写年开始做就行了。留下两套题，后期模拟用。
 
关键点2：每天一篇就够，重质不重量。每晚上一套题目，然后对答案，然后根据译文和解读把文章一句一句地读透，把所有不明白的词汇、语法、句型都弄通，每个题目考察的是文章中哪个部分也要弄明白。这样一篇文章做下来，大约需要一个小时左右。
 
关键点3：遇到的所有不认识的词汇都要记下来，超纲词汇除外。而且这样带语境地记忆单词效果会更好。
 
英语的大小作文我没有做特别多的功夫，在还剩20天左右的时候在网上买了一个作文预测的小册子，然后对照里面的句型背诵，觉得喜欢好用的句型就总结下来，自己总结出一篇模板，考试的时候套用就好啦。自己组模板的时候记得倒装句型、强调句型、感叹句型要放一些进去，这样子显得比较高级还不会显得刻意用复杂句。
