NOTICE: All faculty and staff, Ridge River UniversityJune 8The accounting department would like to inform all staff and faculty that, starting next month, pay checks will be deposited into your bank accounts on the fifth of each month rather than the tenth. A new payment system with Doyle Prudential Bank will allow us to pay you five days earlier. As per usual, should the fifth fall on a weekend or national holiday, salaries will be deposited on the first business day afterward. This also applies to retirement contributions. This change applies to both full and part-time staff members.Please note that earnings from overtime work, bonuses, or any other monetary incentives will continue to be paid on the tenth of the month. If any travel expenses have been claimed, these will also continue to be reimbursed on the tenth.Please check on July 5 after 4 p.m. to confirm that your pay has been deposited. If the funds have not yet arrived, notify the accounting department at extension #1029.We do hope this transition will go smoothly and that all our staff will appreciate receiving salaries earlier than usual.
