To: Kitchen Inspirations Customer Service <customerservice@kitcheninspirations.com> From: Wesley Baron <wesleybaron@imaginemail.com>Date: November 2 Subject: Blender recallTo whom it may concern,I purchased an Immersion Professional Blender GB1569 at the end of June and the blade recently broke. I brought it to the Kitchen Inspirations store in my local mall last week in order to get it fixed. An employee informed me that there is a recall out for this blender and that the store would replace it for free if the serial number on my unit was on their list. It wasn’t, so they weren’t authorized to give me a new one. They were able to fix it, but they charged me $30. They later confirmed that my blender had the same problem as blenders that have been returned bearing the listed serial numbers. 1 was told that I probably qualify for a replacement but that I should contact customer service first. If this is the case, I would also like my $30 refunded.Wesley Baron
