Completed permit applications should be submitted directly to the City Planning and Development Office (CPD). Please note that promotional materials must first be inspected by a CPD official at least three weeks prior to the event. You may bring materials to our office, or request an on-site inspection which incurs an additional fee of €20. On-site inspection requests may be sent to cpd_argyros@paphos. gov. Applicants whose signs do not meet the ordinance requirements will be notified immediately following the inspection. Only those with official permits will be able to use the signage. To: Basil Argyros <cpd_argyros@paphos.gov>From: Ophelia Persakis <ophie23@victrixtravels.com>Date: August 23Subject: Sign Permit Application Dear Mr. Argyros,I am writing on behalf of my company, VictrixTravel Agency, about the sign permit application that we submitted to your office on August 20. We are planning to have a booth at the PygmalionTravel Festival to promote some of our new package tours. The two banners that we intend to use at the festival have just been delivered to our office from the printer. Could you please dispatch one of your representatives to our agency to inspect the material as soon as possible? I would bring them to your offices myself, but they are too large to transport easily. We need the banners to be approved by the city's deadline on September 1. Please call me directly at the number indicated in our application to let me know when someone will be available.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,Ophelia Persakis
