The Bond Street Journal folds to Reemerge OnlineHornbull Corporation has announced it will cease publication of The Bond Street Journal effective January 1, ending the newspaper’s 60-year run as the nation’s leading source of financial news. On the company’s Web site, CEO Jack Diamond explains that the newspaper will continue to exist, but only online. “With the excessively high cost of printing daily issues, the board of directors wisely decided to pursue an Internet-only strategy which was first proposed two years ago,” he said.
