中国人民银行决定，自2011年4月6 日起上调金融机构人民币存贷款基准利率。在我国，加息之所以能够抑制通货膨胀，是因为 ①加息减少了政府财政支出，进而减少市场货币流通量 ②加息提高了贷款成本，适当遏制了投资和消费的需求  ③加息缩小了利率和物价涨幅的差距，可吸纳更多存款 ④加息使更多的货币流人股市，进而减少市场货币流通量
