Zambia Recognized China's Market Economy Status

　Lupando Mwape, Vice President of Zambia, met with Chinese governmental delegation of trade and economy led by Mr. Wei Jianguo, Vice Minister of Commerce, and Wan Baorui, Vice Chairman of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of National People's Congress, on March 21. He formally announced to support China's Full Market Economy Status on behalf of the government of Zambia, positively appraised the friendly relationship of cooperation, trade and economy between China and Zambia and hoped that the two sides could further expand mutually-beneficial cooperation in agricultural industry.
