As he was late， he was blamed by the manager.
Being late， he was blamed by the manager.
As the weather was fine， we went fishing yesterday.
The weather being fine， we went fishing yesterday.
As she has lived there for many years， she knows about the customs very well.
Having lived there for many years， she knows about the customs very well.
As she hasn’t lived there for long， she doesn’t knows about the customs very well.
Not having lived there for long， she doesn’t know about the customs very well.
在讲这几个例子的同时，我把另外一些需要注意的细节也和学生传达了。课后，经过练习，学生都说对这一语法点真正懂了。
综上所述，不难发现，教师不再是过去教育教学过程中的绝对主宰，因为如今的教学必须全部围绕学生，以学生为中心，教师只是学生人生的指引者而不是决定者；教师只是课堂教学的组织者，真正的课堂教学的主体还是学生!所以面临这样的形势，作为教师，我们更应该摆正自己的位置，重新找到保持教育教学平衡健康发展的支点!
