医药学论文：干扰素在治疗爱滋病相关综合征中的应用

摘要　目的：为我国爱滋病的治疗提供一些参考方法。方法:将近年来国外用干扰素治疗爱滋病的有关文献加以综述。结果:大剂量干扰素主要用来治疗爱滋病有关的卡波济氏肉瘤及淋巴瘤,小剂量的口含干扰素主要用来改善与爱滋病有关的一些临床症状。结论:在治疗爱滋病的过程中,我们也可试用干扰素的注射剂型和口含片剂作为爱滋病治疗的辅助手段。

 

　　ABSTRACT　OBJECTIVE：Some reference methods were provided for treatment of AIDS.METHODS:The recently available information for treatment of AIDS with interferon were reviewed.RESULTS:The large doses of interferon were mainly used in treatment of Kaposi's sarcoma and B-cell lymphomas and small doses of interferon were mainly used in relieving clinical symptoms according to literature.CONCLUSION:Interferon injection and sublingual tablets may be tried as an adjuvant agent in treatment of AIDS.
