Experimental research of nutriments effect to enhance testosterone level in serum for triathlon athletes
【Abstract】 Objective Through the methods of double-blind, physical experimental research has been taken on oral liquid for reinforcing kidney in sale (nutriment A) and ShengLiJun oral liquid (nutriment B) to enhance triathlon's testosterone level in serum.Methods Through the experimental design of double-blind, chiasm and comparison. Group 1 were given A every day, Group 2 were given B every day, the control group were given starch placebo with the same dosage and same oral ways. At the fourth week, group 1 were given placebo, the control group were given A, and the next four weeks experiment was taken sequentially.Results Nutriment A and nutriment B both have obviously inhibited effect to the low testosterone phenomenon in the course of training. Furthermore, nutriment B's effect is better than A markedly. Cortisol in serum occurs the tendency of firstly descent and then elevation for both A and B in the experiment, and the change is very obvious (P< 0.05). Nutriment A can inhibit hemoglobin's reducing in the training; it has positive effect to body's enginery comeback. In the effect, nutriment B's function is the same as A, and B's function is more obvious. Both A and B can enhance the concentration of superoxide dismutase(SOD). There is no difference between group 1 and 2. Nutriment A can reduce the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA), and can alleviate body's damage from free radical after exercise. For the nutriment B, at the second week of the experiment, MDA's level reduces evidently, and then ascends evidently.Conclusion Nutriment A and B both have obviously effect to enhance testosterone level in serum for triathlon athletes.

铁三运动员身体的消耗巨大,属于典型的力竭型运动,当然,耗尽的不仅仅是三大能量源,而且影响到身体各器官、组织的功能水平,包括体内的激素水平。采用中医方法诊断的结果,运动性低血睾酮类似中医肾阳虚症候,故据中医理论,应用中药补肾壮阳。本研究针对铁人三项有氧极限运动的特点,探索补肾壮阳合成中药对运动员血清睾酮等指标的影响,目的在于通过药物手段干预血睾酮水平的降低,消除训练后的消极影响,进而为提高机体的运动能力做出科学探讨。
