【摘要】 目的 评价冷热循环对纳米填料树脂FiltekTM Supreme (FS)剪切强度的影响,为临床选择树脂材料提供参考依据。方法 选用3M公司产F2000 Compomer (FT) 、FiltekTM Z250(ZT) 和FiltekTM Supreme (FS),采用该公司同种粘接剂(Adper Prompt)与人类离体第三磨牙近中面牙本质粘接,试件(每组10个,共6组)在37℃生理盐水中24h经2000次冷热循环(5℃和55℃)后,以1mm/min的速度做剪切强度测试并比较冷热循环前后的剪切强度。结果 冷热循环前三种材料剪切粘接强度差异无显著性(P>0.05),冷热循环后三种材料剪切强度大小差异有显著性(P< 0.05),冷热循环测试前后,FS与其他各组的剪切强度差异有显著性,FT和ZT组分别与其他各组剪切强度差异无显著性。结论 冷热循环对FiltekTM Supreme的剪切强度有显著影响。
The influence of thermal cycling on shear bond strength of the nanofill composite

And significant differences were found in FS between prior to thermocycling and after thermocycling. Conclusion Thermal cycling had obvious negative effect on the bond strength of FS.
